NETDA holds conference at Alibaba Jiangsu headquarters in Nanjing

The Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area (NETDA) recently held a conference at Alibaba Group's Jiangsu headquarters in Nanjing with the aim of integrating multiple resources from Nantong, Alibaba, and Nanjing University and promoting the deep application of large-language models in industrial ecosystems.

During the conference, NETDA signed an agreement with Nantong University to jointly establish an artificial intelligence research institute, which will comprehensively advance scientific research, technological development, talent cultivation, and academic exchanges to facilitate the practical application of university research achievements in the area.

Following the establishment of Alibaba's Jiangsu Cloud Computing Data Center in the area in 2017, NETDA has promoted the development of computing power clusters through the company's brand influence, cutting-edge technologies, and substantial resources.

NETDA is committed to creating a demonstration zone for new quality productive forces. It aims to move forward with intelligent and digital transformation, enhancing industrial development to make it smarter and greener.
