Xinghu Primary School in Nantong wins provincial recognition

Xinghu Primary School in the Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area (NETDA), Jiangsu province was recently recognized as a demonstration school in science education by provincial authorities.

Xinghu has always placed a premium on science education, offering intelligent science courses to develop and inspire students' ability to think creatively.

The school has invested in building maker spaces and 26 interactive teaching rooms focusing on science, ensuring students can learn and master the sciences, provided more lessons to foster their experimental skills, and organized various competitions.

In addition, Xinghu has also offered a variety of science education resources, including books, science halls, experience centers, and social practice activities.

Due to such efforts, Xinghu has become a practice base of the Chinese Education Society and Zhejiang University as well as a member of the Nantong Maker Alliance.
