NETDA has made a wide range of achievements in talent recruitment and science projects. The region has successfully implemented over 200 talent-driven science and innovation projects, spanning vital industries such as next-generation information technology, high-end equipment, healthcare, and new energy.

In addition, companies within the zone have achieved significant success through technological innovation. For instance, the Hawk binocular stereo depth camera, which has garnered substantial attention after public sales, was developed by a technology company in the zone in partnership with NVIDIA.

The zone's commitment to talent development and recruitment is evident through various initiatives, including innovation and entrepreneurship competitions, talent summits, and financing matchmaking events. These efforts have attracted over 1,000 high-level talent.

NETDA has also built a comprehensive talent service system that covers talent, improving overall satisfaction and fostering a strong sense of belonging among talents.

The zone's remarkable vitality has been evident in its ability to attract more than 130 new science and innovation projects this year, with 11 projects securing a place in the provincial support list.
