NETDA improves lounge services

Authorities of the Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area in East China's Jiangsu province have rolled out favorable policies aimed at expanding the offerings at the departure lounge of the Nantong airport.

According to the policies, the departure lounge, which was inaugurated on June 28, 2022, will provide customized services to top talents holding a doctor's degree, investors of major projects and entrepreneurs from the area's top 100 taxpayers.

After eligible customers register on the mini app account "能达E企通" and fill in their flight information, a staff of the departure lounge will provide assistance with flight matters. These individuals will also get access to the VIP lounges.

The departure lounge will provide real-time flight information and services related to booking of tickets, check-in, priority access, pick-up and drop-off.

The departure lounge's establishment is a major step in improving the area's business environment, according to authorities.
