NETDA makes efforts to attract youth talents
Authorities of the Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area (NETDA) in East China's Jiangsu province held a conference on July 29 as part of efforts to attract more youth talents to the area.
Jiang Yumin, head of the organization department of the area's CPC committee, noted that local authorities will implement a series of measures to create a better working environment for the new recruits. Measures will include offering professional guidance and assistance in securing accommodation.
The government has in recent years been stepping up efforts to recruit youth talents to bolster the development of its four pillar industries: new-generation technology, high-end equipment, healthcare and new energy.
To date, the area has welcomed nearly 100 young talents.
