NETDA puts on exciting dragon boat race

A dragon boat race took place on June 3 at the Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area, or NETDA – located in Nantong city in East China's Jiangsu province – to celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival that day.

The event was organized by the talent and technology bureau of the NETDA and some 20 personnel from NETDA resident companies, along with family members, participated in the race.

Guo Zhaoyang, deputy general manager of Zhongtian Technology Marine Systems Co Ltd, was one of them. He said that the NETDA not only provided the company with great services but also held various exciting activities to give local people the chance to communicate with each other.

Wang Fei, general manager of Jiangsu Lance Electronic Technology Co Ltd, who also participated, said that in 2021 the company chose to settle in the NETDA without hesitation after considering all the government support, the industrial situation, geographical location and other attractive factors on offer.

"The NETDA provided us with comfortable staff apartments and spacious office space and helped us a lot during the COVID-19 epidemic, making me more confident about staying in the area to develop," Wang added.
