NETDA stages roadshow in Wuhan city

The Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area, or NETDA – located in Nantong city in East China's Jiangsu province – held a roadshow in Wuhan city, capital of Hubei province on May 26 to promote the 2022 Nengda Cup Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.
The competition aims to attract top people, teams and science and technology companies from home and abroad to locate in the NETDA.
If the projects selected by the roadshow settle in the NETDA within two months as required and meet certain conditions, they will be able to enter the Xinghu talent program for the development area.
At the roadshow, industrial leading enterprises in the NETDA provided details about their recruitment and scientific and technological needs. Nearly 40 professors and teachers from the China University of Geosciences, Wuhan University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Hubei University and others attended the school-enterprise match-making activity.
In recent years, the NETDA has expanded its drive to secure new scientific and technological innovation projects and made greater efforts to recruit top-flight people and help increase the scientific and technological innovation of its resident enterprises.
At present, the NETDA has three State-level science and technology business incubators, two State-level enterprise technology centers, two State-level mass innovation spaces, as well as two State-level enterprise research and development institutions.
It also has 116 provincial-level enterprise R&D institutions and 168 municipal-level ones.
