A group of 46 volunteers from the procuratorate, the court, banks and State-owned enterprises in the Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area, or NETDA – located in Nantong city in East China's Jiangsu province – arrived at its Xiaohai sub-district at 5:00 am on April 5 to help with nucleic acid testing and related work.
Before the group of volunteers got stuck in, Bao Delin – director of the administrative committee of the NETDA – gave a rousing speech, thanking them for taking the initiative to participate in the epidemic prevention and control work.
