NETDA holds symposium on key foreign trade enterprises

The Economic Development Bureau of the Nantong Economic & Technological Development Area or NETDA held a symposium for key foreign trade enterprises in the development zone on the afternoon of Dec 9, according to local media reports on Dec 13.

The participants were able to listen to a report on the imports and exports of key foreign trade enterprises, and share their opinions and suggestions about optimizing the business environment in the development zone.

From January to October this year, the total import and export trade volume of NETDA, which is located in Nantong city in East China's Jiangsu province was 45.3 billion yuan ($7.15 billion), exceeding the total import and export trade volume of the whole year in 2020. The export volume increased by 30 percent compared to the same period last year.
