Chemical industrial park of NETDA to adopt enclosed management

The chemical industrial park of the Nantong Economic & Technological Development Area (NETDA) in Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province will carry out enclosed management starting on Dec 1 to reinforce safety control and standardized management.

Both the southern and northern areas of the chemical industrial park will be under enclosed management. Checkpoints will be installed at the main entrances. 

All vehicles and personnel are required to make appointments before entering the park. 

Vehicles with permits carrying hazardous chemicals can only enter the park from the entrances on South or North Tongda Road and drive on special lanes in certain sections.

From 2 am to 5 am, all kinds of vehicles carrying hazardous items are prohibited from entering or driving in the park.

All vehicles in the park must be parked in an orderly manner. No overspeeding or overloading is allowed.
