ZTT Fiber Optic Co recognized as industrial role model

ZTT Fiber Optic Co Ltd – located in the Nantong Economic & Technological Development Area or NETDA, in Nantong city in East China's Jiangsu province – was recently recognized as the "2021 provincial enterprise model for industrial internet development", according to a statement by the Industry and Information Technology Department of Jiangsu on Aug 20.

The company now has the capacity of producing 30 million kilometers of core optical fiber a year and has a market share that ranks it in the top three in China and in the top 10 globally, reportedly enjoying a sound reputation in the industry.  

Since 2019, the NETDA has repeatedly organized industry experts to guide the development of the company's chemicals plant and they have provided recommendations. After more than two years of cultivation, the company was rated as a provincial industrial internet benchmark plant.

Currently, NETDA has three such benchmark plants, ranking it first in Nantong.
