As a high-tech enterprise specializing in the manufacture of ultra-precision equipment and the research and development of processes, the company's development of ultra-precision ion beam polishing machines marks a significant milestone for China's manufacturing industry in the field of high-end precision optical components and processing equipment.
Established in 2022, the company boasts independent research and development capabilities for high-end optical manufacturing equipment and advanced production processes for high-precision optical components. It possesses the technological capability to efficiently and accurately manufacture large-diameter optical components through a fully digitized process.
"Our ultra-precision ion beam polishing machines are widely used in the manufacturing of high-end optical systems in fields such as aerospace, aviation, semiconductors, scientific research, medical imaging, and more," said Yang Yujun, one of the company's leaders.
According to him, the polishing machines produced by the company ensure that the components produced can achieve nano-level or even sub-nanometer-level precision.
The company is now systematically advancing the construction of a 2,500-square-meter research and development center, a laboratory, a factory, and other facilities in Nantong. They are expected to be completed and put into operation in August of this year.
Upon completion, the R&D center will help the company become a leading enterprise in the research, development, and manufacture of large-scale ultra-precision polishing equipment, high-end optical lenses, and lens instruments.
