NHIZ launches on-campus job fairs to seek more talent
Nantong National High-tech Industrial Development Zone in East China's Jiangsu province held the opening ceremony of its talent introduction campaign at the Harbin Institute of Technology on May 11.
The event was attended by over 200 teachers and students from the university as well as representatives from 15 enterprises seeking to fill 482 openings.
Following the ceremony, NHIZ organized on-campus recruitment activities at both the Harbin Institute of Technology and Harbin University of Science and Technology.
At the Harbin Institute of Technology, more than 100 job-seeking students participated in on-site discussions, resulting in the receipt of 22 resumes. During the event, one master's student even reached a preliminary employment agreement.
Similarly, at the Harbin University of Science and Technology, around 300 job-seeking students engaged in on-site discussions and exchanges, leading to the receipt of 47 resumes.
One doctoral student and four master's students managed to secure preliminary employment agreements during the event.
Meanwhile, the zone also held job fair livestreams and online recruitment events nationwide for universities, extending the reach of their talent search.
The online recruitment phase will continue for a duration of three months.
