Nantong University, AlphaESS work together to cultivate talent
A new energy research institute established by Nantong University and AlphaESS was unveiled on Nov 24.
Established in September 2012, AlphaESS specializes in providing advanced photovoltaic energy storage products and intelligent energy management solutions for residential and commercial customers. It is a high-tech enterprise with independent intellectual property rights that integrates research and development, design, manufacturing and sales.
Its core team consists of multi-skilled technical personnel who are included in the Tongzhou 510 Talent Program, the Nantong Jianghai Talent Program and the provincial innovation and entrepreneurship team.
Due to the development of the energy storage industry all around the world in recent years, AlphaESS has entered a period of rapid development. The company has completed its pre-IPO financing and is moving toward going public.
Nantong University is a century-old school with a profound cultural background that has made serving regional economic and social development its mission. It has continued to optimize industry-university-research cooperation and provides support for talent and sci-tech innovation at enterprises.
An agreement on jointly cultivating postgraduates was signed that same day.
