Nantong IP protection center acts to boost enterprises' development
Six patents for invention have obtained authorization from the China (Nantong) Intellectual Property Protection Center recently.
Jiangsu Kecens Life Science and Technology Co Ltd, located in Nantong National High-tech Industrial Development Zone in Tongzhou district, Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province, had its product – an antiviral hemostatic viscose fiber of herbal medicine – and its production method authorized.
Kecens applied for the patent for invention in April through the fast track of Nantong IP protection center, and obtained patent authorization within less than three months. The case fully showcases the advantage of the center's fast track and is of significance for the enterprises under the jurisdiction of Nantong National High-tech Industrial Development Zone.
Located in Nantong National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, the center is one of the first group of national intellectual property protection centers established in the middle and northern parts of Jiangsu province with the approval of the China National Intellectual Property Administration.
Mainly targeted at the major intelligent equipment manufacturing and textiles industries, it provides one-stop IP public services. These include rapid patent pre-examinations, rapid IP rights conformations and protection, as well as IP protection and operations instructions.
