Nantong High-tech Zone achieves progress in intl sci-tech cooperation

The first batch of international scientific and technological cooperation projects approved by the Jiangsu provincial department of science and technology this year were announced recently. The Luohua-Tsukuba research center declared by the Jiangsu Luohua New Material Co Ltd made the list.
Taking the initiative to go global, Jiangsu Luohua New Material Co Ltd, located in Nantong National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, founded the Luohua-Tsukuba research center in the Japan Tsukuba Scientific Town with overwhelming superiorities in semiconductor key material and precision equipment.
The center gathers global advanced achievements and innovative resources to help tackle key core technologies, enhance the independent innovation capabilities of enterprises, and carry out research and development activities with internationally leading levels.
Prior to this, the city of Nantong has had two provincial-level overseas R&D institutions, namely the Tri Star-Meiko (Germany) Advanced Manufacturing Technology R&D Center, and China Tianying Co Ltd's Canadian R&D Center.
