Natong focuses on cooperation between government and enterprises
By the end of February 2020, the first phase of Jianghai energy storage project in Nantong National High-tech Industrial Development Zone had been fully resumed. As a major provincial project, its total investment is 3 billion yuan ($432 million).
Since the company returned to work Feb 11, the production workshop has resumed the busy scenes of the past, a batch of ultra-capacitor products were being processed and assembled, workers were required to wear masks, everywhere people could be se anti-epidemic slogans and all kinds of anti-epidemic supplies in reserve.
To ensure the safety of the enterprise during the coronavirus epidemic, the zone’s staff members worked on site every day to guide the enterprise in taking concrete and detailed protective measures.
Only strict control can ensure the smooth production of each enterprise returning to work. With the advance of epidemic prevention and control work and the need for economic and social development, these have become the "main themes" of the current work. Nantong National High-tech Industrial Development Zone acted quickly to provide enterprises with whole-process nanny-type services, and press the "acceleration key" to resume production.
On Feb 18, the new general manager of a South Korean enterprise in the zone was required to go into home quarantine in Tongzhou district, Nantong in Jiangsu province. He successfully returned to the company, and the same day the company began to resume production. As early as Feb 4, he arrived at Tongzhou from South Korea and was quarantined in the talent apartment in the high-tech zone's west district. During his isolation he helped the enterprise to prepare for the resumption of work by doing applications and preparations so the enterprise could save time, and now it has resumed normal production.
