Nantong in East China's Jiangsu province recently started offering free COVID-19 vaccine shots to local residents as part of the country's vaccination campaign against the virus, local media outlets reported.

Those aged between 18 and 59, either holding local residency or not, can make an appointment for a vaccination using their ID cards at community centers or workplaces.
