Those returning from low-risk areas in Qingdao after Sept 27 must present negative test results conducted within the past seven days. Otherwise, they will be required to undergo nucleic acid testing and isolated medical observation at designated locations.
The city's center for disease control and prevention also urges Nantong residents to refrain from visiting Qingdao unless necessary. Those traveling to the city must take strict epidemic prevention measures and report to local authorities after returning to Nantong.
Residents are advised to always wear masks in public areas, wash their hands frequently, keep indoor spaces well-ventilated, observe social distancing, avoid gatherings, and avoid sharing meals.
Those with fever, cough, diarrhea, or fatigue must head to the nearest fever clinic immediately. Such individuals must also wear a medical mask and avoid taking public transportation while en route to the clinic.
