The Chongchuan Xing Qi Tong online platform, which provides policy support and efficient services for companies – based in the Chongchuan district of Nantong in East China's Jiangsu province – was recently optimized and upgraded, with the goal of improving the overall business environment there.

A highlight of the upgrade is that the platform has 73 services that enterprises can directly access without an application. It also boasts 53 items that firms can access quickly with a simple application, streamlining the process for reviews and fund disbursements.

One beneficiary has been resident Nantong Saihui Technology Development Co Ltd. It's a group operating in the research and development of clothing technology and fabrics, clothing designs, the development of production software and related technical services.

When the company got listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations market, also known as the new third board, a grant of 2 million yuan ($310,300) was expeditiously given to it soon after by the Chongchuan Xing Qi Tong platform.

Progress made on a grant application to the platform is passed on through WeChat, with the review process efficient and transparent, according to Saihui chairman Yao Guilan.
