A large job fair was hosted by the Chongchuan district human resources and social security bureau at the square in front of Wanda Plaza which is located in the Nantong Gangzha Economic Development Zone in Chongchuan district, Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province on Oct 23.

Over 3,000 jobs were brought by 200 enterprises within the jurisdiction area of Chongchuan district, such as Dasheng Group and Guosheng Intelligence Technology, to the unemployed people, including the university graduates and veterans. The positions mainly focused on professional technology research and development, management and operation, and production technicians.

Statistically, the event attracted the participation of nearly 2,600 job seekers, 1,380 of whom have reached preliminary employment intention. A livestreaming was also launched at the same time, making it convenient for those who were unable to attend the on-site fair to communicate with the enterprises online. The livestreaming received 12,000 views, and 2,100 resumes were delivered online.

Moving forward, the Chongchuan district human resources and social security bureau will devote more efforts to serve enterprises and talent work in the district, carry out matchmaking activities between positions and talent, further relieve the labor force pressure and provide talent support for Chongchuan's high-quality development.
