Nantong Tian An Cyber Park is promoting entrepreneurship as a way to drive up employment, as the coronavirus pandemic has wreaked havoc on the job market. More than 180 entrepreneurial enterprises in Nantong Tian An Cyber Park have provided more than 2,000 job opportunities.

Administrators and relevant government employees inspected enterprises and supported certain ones by providing preferential policies and capital.

Zhu Qixin, general manager of Nantong Tian An Cyber Park, said that around 67 enterprises have benefited from having their rent payments waived or reduced, saving them about 500,000 yuan ($71,500) in total.

The park also established an online training platform and service platform to help enterprises.

Since the outbreak of COVID-19, Gangzha has created more than 6,000 job opportunities, with a particular focus on employing college graduates, rural migrant workers, freelance workers and other workers affected by the pandemic. In addition, it has offered professional skills training more than 10 times and helped more than 500 entrepreneurial enterprises to boost the slow economy and stabilize employment.
