Rudong county in Nantong, Jiangsu province, has secured three spots — People's Park, Qianshuiwan Waterfront Park, and Qingnian Park — on the first-ever official list of urban parks released by the city's bureau of housing and urban-rural development.

The list spans all counties and districts under Nantong's administration, totaling 62 parks. The parks are divided into 35 comprehensive parks and 27 community parks, forming a tiered green space network.

The new listing brings Rudong's public green spaces under standardized management, with clear operation guidelines, regular maintenance schedules and public access to park hours and contact information.
