The world's largest methanol dual-fuel container ship has entered series production in Chongchuan district, Nantong, marking a milestone for the local high-end shipbuilding industry.

With a capacity of 24,000 twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs), this ship was designed and built by Nantong COSCO KHI Ship Engineering and represents a new generation of green and intelligent vessels.

Its methanol dual-fuel power system significantly reduces carbon dioxide emissions, thereby meeting international environmental standards for shipping.
