The inauguration of TE Connectivity's advanced manufacturing base in Chongchuan district, Nantong, was held on June 15. 

Covering nearly 40,000 square meters, the project is invested in by TE Connectivity with a total investment of 1.01 billion yuan ($150 million). Once operational, it is expected to create about 1,500 jobs and narrow the local supply gap for high-end automotive connectors in the Yangtze River Delta region.
