A cultural event will take place on June 12 at Huahaili, a floral and cultural-creative arts base in Hai'an, in celebration of Cultural and Natural Heritage Day.

Starting at 6:30 pm, visitors can enjoy hands-on traditional crafts like tie-dye and paper-cutting and find hidden blind boxes that feature handcrafted treasures.

From 8:20 pm, a Jiangsu provincial performing arts group will present performances featuring puppet shows, Pingtan, Yangzhou opera, and Huangmei opera.

A major highlight is the 100-person dragon dance, where a 100-meter-long dragon will rise from the ground in a roaring wave of motion.

A feast will be held alongside the cultural festivities, giving visitors the chance to enjoy authentic local food such as braised pork trotters, accompanied by refreshing drinks.
