The Baipu Yellow Rice Wine Workshop in Nantong, Jiangsu province, is dedicated to preserving and innovating the traditional craft of making Baipu yellow rice wine. Drawing from the region's rich brewing heritage, the workshop maintains ancient brewing techniques while integrating modern production technologies to ensure the exceptional quality and flavor of its products.

In collaboration with Jiangnan University, the workshop employs advanced testing technologies to further enhance product quality. It features a complete array of traditional equipment, including earthen stoves for steaming rice and fermentation vats, all housed within a 15,000-square-meter brewing facility, along with diverse packaging and bottling lines.

Through craft demonstrations and hands-on experiences, the workshop educates the public about the historical origins and production techniques of Baipu yellow rice wine. It also actively expands sales channels and boosts brand recognition, thereby supporting the transmission of local intangible cultural heritage and fostering industrial development.
