Located at the Life and Health Industrial Park in Chongchuan district, the Baoyue Lake Sci-Tech Innovation Carrier project commenced construction on April 16. 

With a total investment of 140 million yuan ($20.51 million) and a total construction area of 50,000 square meters, it features 21 standard factory buildings, one supporting service building, and the synchronous development of roads, landscaping, smart park facilities and other supporting infrastructure. 

Focusing on the biomedical industry, it plans to attract and incubate prominent enterprises, essential supporting organizations across the industrial chain and technology-driven small and medium-sized enterprises. This initiative aims to establish a high-quality industrial cluster that integrates production, research and development, pilot testing, exhibitions and support services. 

The Life and Health Industrial Park in Chongchuan district has housed 72 enterprises since its launch in 2018 and has attracted 12 provincial, municipal and district-level talent projects, laying a solid foundation for the district's life and health industry.
