Nantong Kexing Chemical Co based in Hai'an, Nantong province, has provided customized industrial cleaning and lubrication solutions for ZXMOTO, helping ensure the quality of key components that contributed to Zhangxue's championship win at an international top-tier racing event.

As a core supplier to ZXMOTO, Kexing Chemical manufactures industrial cleaners, metalworking fluids, corrosion inhibitors and lubricating media. These products help bring critical parts, such as crankshafts, frames, wheel hubs and engine casings, up to racing-grade standards.

"To meet ZXMOTO's production requirements for lightweight design, high rotational speed, high temperature resistance, and high precision, our company spent nearly half a year developing the HJ-921C sixth-generation industrial cleaner," said Wu Xiaoqiang, head of Kexing Chemical.

"The product is phosphate-free and ammonia-nitrogen-free, which means it is almost ready for direct discharge and offers significant environmental benefits," Wu said. "It improves cleaning efficiency by 50 percent, effectively keeping up with rapidly growing order demand. In addition, it provides anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties, preventing base materials from discoloring and extending the service life of components."

Starting in Baidian town in Hai'an, Kexing Chemical has focused on industrial cleaners and metalworking fluids for more than three decades, maintaining a deep commitment to research and development.

It invests around 8 percent of its annual sales revenue in R&D, while maintaining close partnerships with multiple universities and research institutes.
