The Xing'an Zhihai OPC Community in Hai'an began physical operations on March 10, welcoming its first group of six entities, which have completed business registration and obtained operating licenses.

The launch marks a key step in building an innovation ecosystem centered on the "AI+manufacturing" track. These newly established entities will focus on niche industrial scenarios such as intelligent manufacturing for high-end textiles, fault prediction for new energy equipment, and flexible programming for industrial robots.

They are expected to deliver lightweight and cost-effective AI solutions tailored to small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, offering plug-and-play smart transformation services.

The Xing'an Zhihai OPC Community provides three core forms of support. It connects participants with local manufacturing companies in Hai'an, regularly sharing real-world demands in areas such as equipment upgrades, process optimization and quality control, ensuring that innovative technologies directly address market needs.

It also integrates computing power resources and AI model tools to lower R&D costs. In addition, the community offers one-stop services including business registration, financial and tax support, talent matching, and access to policy incentives.

The initiative is designed to accelerate the adoption of AI technologies in manufacturing and foster a dynamic, application-driven innovation environment in Hai'an.
