The Jiangong Lake micro-vacation complex project commenced construction in the Haimen Economic and Technological Development Zone on March 10.

The project, developed and constructed by Nantong Shengyu Real Estate, covers approximately 122 mu (8.13 hectares) with a total investment of around 1 billion yuan ($145.38 million). 

The project aims to create a one-stop urban micro-vacation complex that integrates gourmet dining, e-sports facilities, a water park, wellness and health facilities, and themed accommodations. 

Jiangong Lake area has emerged as a dynamic ecosystem, facilitating the synergistic development of various sectors, including soccer, e-sports, cultural tourism and film. Key projects in the region include Nantong E-Sports Center, the new base of the Codion Football Club, and the Jiangong Lake Film Base, all contributing to a collaborative environment that enhances local economic viability and cultural engagement.
