A batch of tea eggs produced by Jiangsu Lulutong Food was exported to Australia on Jan 21, marking the first entry of Haimen's egg products into the Australian market.

Located in Sijia town, Jiangsu Lulutong Food is a specialized egg product manufacturer with an annual output value exceeding 200 million yuan ($28.75 million). Its main products include soft-boiled eggs, marinated eggs, and hard-boiled eggs. 

In recent years, the Haimen Office of Nantong Customs has continuously optimized the business environment and supported the export of local specialty agricultural and food products. 

In 2025, egg product exports from enterprises under the jurisdiction of Nantong Customs reached 22.94 million yuan, 1.24-fold above the previous year as the scale of exports steadily expands. In December alone, exports grew by 3.12 times compared to 2024, setting a record high for growth.
