During the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holiday, Haimen is set to launch a variety of celebratory activities covering multiple regions and diverse groups of people. 

At the Haimen E-sports Center, an e-sports cultural tourism carnival is planned, while the Qinglong Port 1806 Scenic Area is preparing for a trendy event that combines intangible cultural heritage, performances, and markets. Dieshiqiao International Home Textile City, Linglong Lakeside, and Yudong Ancient Town are also gearing up to host cultural exchanges, lawn concerts, and retro carnivals, respectively. 

The 2025 Nantong Cultural and Tourism Carnival Haimen Special Event will take place on Oct 7 at the Nantong Yangtze River Sports Park, and a themed cultural tourism exhibition area will be set up to exhibit traditional crafts and specialties. 

The Haimen Grand Theater plans to offer a variety of events from Oct 1 to 7, including parent-child camps, Huangmei opera performances, and public welfare films. The cultural center, art gallery, museum, and library will also organize several cultural events. 

Meanwhile, cultural tourism activities to promote consumption are in the works. Purchasing tickets for the E-sports Carnival and the Grand Theater performances comes with benefits such as hotel discounts and free scenic area tickets.
