The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently announced the 2025 5G Factory Directory, which includes CIMC Safeway Technologies Co's facility in Chongchuan district. 

The accolade highlights the company's efforts in construction of "5G+Industrial Internet", and is another milestone in its digital transformation journey, following the earlier designation as a smart factory by the ministry. 

As a leader in the tank container industry, the company has pursued a strategy of "intelligent transformation, digital transition, and network connectivity" since 2020. It has advanced its 5G smart factory construction, thoroughly integrating cutting-edge technologies such as the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence (AI), and edge computing. 

In the future, CIMC Safeway aims to accelerate the integration and application of cutting-edge technologies, further drive the chemical logistics equipment industry toward high-end, intelligent, and green development.
