Nantong in Jiangsu province has actively encouraged enterprises to install rooftop solar panels over the past two years, as part of its efforts to promote a green and low-carbon energy transition, according to State Grid Nantong Power Supply Company.

So far, more than 20,000 companies in the city have installed rooftop solar panels, totaling nearly 5 million kilowatts of capacity. This effort assists companies in lowering expenses and boosting efficiency.
