EC Precision's new energy auto parts project exceeds 95% production capacity
Amid a global surge in the adoption of new energy vehicles (NEV), the market is seeing accelerated expansion. EC Precision Technology (Jiangsu) Co, a leader in auto parts manufacturing in Chongchuan, has invested in a new factory for NEV components, with its operational capacity now exceeding 95 percent.
Inside EC Precision's factory, multiple automated production lines are running at full capacity to fulfill orders. The project, with a total investment of 500 million yuan ($69.65 million), completed construction acceptance procedures in September 2024.
The new factory has also introduced high-end production lines originating from Italy, further enhancing efficiency and product quality.
Equipment installation and line expansion have been largely completed. At full capacity, the facility is expected to produce eight million high-voltage terminals and 30 million high-voltage shielding covers annually for NEV and generate 500 million yuan in annual sales.
Recognized as a national "Little Giant" enterprise, EC Precision is a high-tech company specializing in the R&D, production, and sale of auto parts. The new plant will fully support the company's strategic needs for R&D and technological investment in the NEV sector.
