An agreement to build the Konggang Commercial Neighborhood Center was officially signed in Sijia town, Haimen district, on July 7.

The newly contracted project spans ‌15 mu (1 hectare)‌ and has a total construction area of ‌12,000 square meters‌. It includes a commercial complex, corporate offices, and luxury flats.

The center will seek to attract premium brands across diverse sectors, including specialty dining, leisure entertainment, daily necessities, family education, and community services. Construction is slated to commence within three months, and it is expected to begin operating by the end of 2026.

In addition to enhancing local living services, the center provides critical support for attracting and retaining talent in the Konggang area. It is expected to help Sijia town drive regional economic growth, boost industrial development, and elevate the quality of life among residents.
