The Nantong Semiconductor Optoelectronic Industrial Park in Tongzhou district, Nantong, stands out as the semiconductor park in the city with the most comprehensive production and living facilities.

Spanning 215 mu (about 14.33 hectares), the park is equipped with a chemical warehouse designed to centrally store special gases and hazardous chemicals, along with facilities such as a steam heat exchange station and a pool for collecting wastewater containing heavy metals.

The park also offers one-stop services to enterprises, covering administrative approvals, applications for sci-tech-oriented enterprises, industrial policy consultations, human resource recruitment, and financial services.

In addition, the park features a 24/7 dining service, gyms and book bars, operating under an innovative model that differs from that of traditional industrial parks.

Phase I of the park consists of 18 four-story energy-saving and heat-preserving factories, attracting a number of well-known domestic and foreign enterprises. The construction of its second phase, covering an area of 149 mu, is set to commence in September this year.
