The automotive industry's rapid rise has fueled a boom in auto parts manufacturing in recent years, and Haimen has put the industry at the forefront of economic development efforts.

The district has established a provincial-level auto parts industrial park, housing 121 key enterprises in the sector. In 2024, 71 industrial enterprises above designated size within the park achieved an industrial output exceeding 16 billion yuan ($2.23 billion).

Haimen's auto parts enterprises have stepped up efforts in product innovation, technological advancement, and internal management since the start of 2025, driving high-end, intelligent, and green development in the sector.

Jinyicheng (Nantong) Precision Technology Co has independently developed axle components that enhance brake stability in automobiles, which are popular among world-leading automotive equipment manufacturers. Its monthly production volume can reach as high as 400,000 units.

Nantong Pressler Auto Parts Co is another standout. Two advanced automated vacuum thermoforming production lines operate smoothly in the workshop. These self-developed production systems, supported by international intellectual property rights, enhance automotive part performance—delivering greater strength, superior corrosion resistance, and lower costs.
