Chongchuan sees soaring debut economy
The debut economy is thriving in Chongchuan, Nantong's main urban district, with a wave of brand first stores, debut shows, and inaugural exhibitions emerging, offering novelty to consumers and propelling urban commercial upgrading and innovation
Chongchuan has made developing this sector a key driver for stimulating consumption vitality, with first stores spanning fashion apparel, specialty dining, premium cosmetics, and leisure-entertainment.
June 6 saw two Chayan Yuese stores debut in Chongchuan, attracting predominantly young consumers eager for something new. Chayan Yuese is a milk tea brand that was once only available in Changsha, Hunan province. The brand further incorporated Nantong's geographical and cultural elements, launching a city-exclusive design featuring the iconic Clock Tower.
Chongchuan also welcomed its first Hema Neighbour Business store in May. From fresh produce, meat, poultry, and eggs to household goods, dairy products, frozen foods, and diverse snacks — it has greatly enhanced convenience for nearby residents.
