Founded in April 2024 in Tongzhou, Nantong, Jiangsu Ihara Precision Technology Co, the third factory that Japan's Ihara Science has established in China, recently introduced core technologies from its headquarters.

Based on the original Japanese technology, the enterprise has upgraded its electrolysis tooling. Its dual-head electrolysis tooling breaks the limitations of traditional single-head electrolysis, reducing clamping times.

The company has also optimized the self-developed electrolyte formula from Ihara Science's Japanese factory, resulting in improved product surface finishes. Its fully automated production line spans 25 processes, from degreasing to drying, and is precisely controlled, ensuring process stability.

Furthermore, the firm has brought in bellow valves, which, as essential components, play a key role in semiconductor manufacturing processes. They excel in sealing performance, which prevents gas leakage between the internal and external environments.

Jiangsu Ihara Precision Technology Co currently holds two invention patents and one utility model patent.
