Hai'an hosts talent salon to boost young professional community

Hai'an held a talent salon event at the Lejia Youth Apartment complex on April 21, highlighting the city's commitment to creating a vibrant living and social environment for young professionals.
The Lejia Youth Apartment, which opened at the end of 2024, offers 186 fully equipped units designed to meet the daily needs of young talent. Each apartment includes essential furnishings such as beds, dining tables, sofas, air conditioners, washing machines, kitchen hoods, and microwaves. The complex also features shared spaces such as a gym, reading lounge, dining area, convenience store, and parcel delivery station—creating a well-rounded community for daily life and social interaction.
So far, 106 units have been rented out and more than 150 young professionals are living in the complex, enjoying a supportive and modern environment.
In recent years, Hai'an has been adhering to a talent-first development strategy, with policies designed around the needs of skilled professionals. The city has updated its talent policies and distributed a total of 120 million yuan ($16.47 million) in talent-related incentives over the past three years—benefiting more than 5,800 individuals.
Hai'an's focus on building a strong talent ecosystem continues to attract and retain skilled professionals, fueling the city's innovation and growth.
