The 137th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair), China's largest platform for import and export trade exchanges, opened in Guangzhou on April 15.

Forty-six enterprises from Haimen displayed products across more than 70 exhibition booths, primarily focusing on categories such as home textiles, household appliances, power tools, auto parts, apparel and accessories, and sports and leisure products.

Haimen enterprises demonstrated a robust transition from manufacturing to innovation, with technological innovation emerging as the core driving force behind market expansion.

A prime example is Nantong Henka Environmental Solutions Co, a leader in air purifier filter technology, which impressed attendees with multiple innovative products. Its "High-Efficiency Long-Lasting Formaldehyde Removal Filter" employs nano-catalytic decomposition technology to rapidly capture airborne formaldehyde molecules and break them down into harmless water and carbon dioxide.

Nantong Winner Sports Goods Co is another shining example, showcasing its new silicone-imitation material football, which significantly improves product durability and structural integrity. The company has seen remarkable export performance this year, with nearly $1 million in foreign trade revenue and products successfully exported to European markets and beyond.
