At the 20,000-metric-ton-class port in Haimen, rows of wind turbine blades stand neatly as massive hoisting equipment roared into operation. Amid global demand for green energy, Haimen's wind power industrial chain is accelerating exports through technological innovation.

Inside the production workshops of Nantong Aeolon Wind Power Technology Development Co, wind blades of various models undergo processes including layup, resin infusion, and mold closure before shipment to Europe.

With fully booked orders this year, the company currently operates all 20 production lines at maximum capacity. First-quarter output surged by over 100 percent year-on-year, while export volume has doubled, with annual output value projected to exceed 800 million yuan ($109.30 million).

Aeolon stands as the world's production base for wind turbine blades. The company has established strategic partnerships with clients in Denmark, Germany, Spain, and other leading nations in the wind power equipment manufacturing sector. Currently, 70 percent of its market is comprised of international clients, a ratio that is anticipated to continue to grow in the future.

Behind the order surge lies the robust support of Haimen's wind power industrial ecosystem. In recent years, sectors, including wind turbine mainframe production, installation equipment, and offshore maintenance vessels, have formed a coordinated industrial chain. This integration has enhanced the technological sophistication and global competitiveness of the region's wind power products, now exported to over 30 countries and regions worldwide.
