The results of the 2024 Forbes China Top 100 Outstanding Craftsmen selection have been announced, with Hai'an-born artist Gao Jingsong earning a place on the prestigious list. 

Gao, born in 1968, is a member of the Jiangsu Artists Association. His works have been featured in solo exhibitions and national touring exhibitions at the National Art Museum of China and the United Nations General Assembly Hall. He has also received the highest artistic honor from the Belarusian Ministry of Culture. 

Gao's paintings are renowned for their vivid depictions of grand landscapes, vibrant deserts, colossal rocks, cascading waves, and meticulously detailed camels. His style exudes a sense of timeless tranquility, merging splendor with simplicity to create works that are both vigorous and serene.

The Forbes China Top 100 Outstanding Craftsmen recognizes individuals who demonstrate exceptional talent and creativity in fields such as arts and crafts, tea-making, brewing, and traditional medicine. Candidates are evaluated on their achievements in heritage preservation, industry status, social influence, and commercial impact, with the goal of sharing their stories and accomplishments with the world.
