The signing ceremony for the Hengzhipu Supply Chain Platform Operations Headquarters and Precision Components Intelligent Manufacturing Base took place in Hai'an on Dec 2.

The project, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan ($137.7 million), is funded by Hengzhipu (Jiangsu) Defense Technology, a subsidiary of Suzhou Zhihui Beizeng Digital Technology. Known for its expertise in precision processing and equipment manufacturing, Zhihui Beizeng has established strong ties with industry leaders like CATL and Luxshare Precision. 

Once operational, the project is expected to achieve annual sales of 600 million yuan and serve as a vital partner for leading new energy vehicle component manufacturers, including CATL and Luxshare.

Tan Zhen, Party secretary of Hai'an, highlighted the city's comprehensive industrial ecosystem and its strength in intelligent manufacturing. "We hope Hengzhipu will leverage its advantages to inspire more upstream and downstream enterprises to invest in Hai'an. We also look forward to broader and deeper collaboration with Hengzhipu in the future to create a brighter tomorrow," said Tan.
