Five companies from the Nantong National High-tech Industrial Development Zone have been selected for Jiangsu's list of potential unicorn enterprises, with an additional 15 companies recognized as gazelle enterprises, putting the zone at the forefront among provincial-level development parks.

Among the standout gazelle enterprises is Haoh Information Technology, a leading player in the artificial intelligence industry. Known for its innovative AI applications, the company has developed a range of intelligent products and implemented multidimensional engineering applications in sectors like power, offering top-notch video surveillance analysis, security product development, and solutions to a diverse range of clients.

Discussing their development trajectory, the chairman of Haoh Information Technology, Li Xuejun, shared, "We established our talent project in NHIZ. Since 2015, our team has grown from just about 20 employees to over 150, and we currently have branch offices in Beijing, Nanjing, and Xi'an. Our product portfolio has expanded from just power to industries like chemicals, rail transit, and renewable energy, serving over 400 clients." Li credited NHIZ for providing the impetus for their company's development.

Haoh Information Technology is not the only high-potential tech and innovation company drawn to NHIZ. Over the past three years, the zone has attracted 150 science and technology innovation projects, with emerging industry projects comprising an impressive 80 percent of the total. Since the beginning of this year alone, the zone has hosted 10 project roadshow events, facilitating connections with nearly 100 science and technology innovation projects.
