Mikael Hemniti Winther, consul general of the Kingdom of Denmark in Shanghai, shared that China and Denmark boast expansive cooperation in green work and that the green work program between the two countries will promote the green development of the shipbuilding and marine engineering industry.

According to Winther, the marine engineering industry plays a vital role in Denmark's economic development, accounting for about 10 percent of the country's GDP and 17 percent of its foreign trade value.

Unveiled on Sept 12, the three-day Nantong exhibition features a themed conference and a 24,000-square-meter industrial exhibition with 411 exhibitors from home and abroad.
