Nantong Yuanyou Textile Technology Co Ltd, located in Tongzhou district, Nantong, Jiangsu province, introduced a groundbreaking high elasticity composite conductive fiber technology in the second half of last year and developed a conductive polyester lining fabric that is water-resistant and abrasion-resistant.

"The conductive polyester lining fabric better meets comprehensive requirements for strength, softness, and conductivity in anti-static clothing linings than do regular polyester lining fabrics," explained Gu Bojun, general manager of Yuanyou Textile.

Yuanyou Textile is a technology-oriented enterprise specializing in the research, production, and sale of high-end composite lining fabrics and linings. The high elasticity composite conductive fiber technology is based on the company's previously patented polyester conductive lining fabric and its production process. After repeated testing and verification, the company has managed to produce clothing that is anti-static, water-resistant, and abrasion-resistant from the inside out.

In recent years, the company has increased its research and development investment and upgraded to new intelligent production equipment. From raw material input to production, inspection, and finished product delivery, Yuanyou Textile has achieved comprehensive intelligent control over every aspect of manufacturing.

"Our intelligent inspection equipment has been in use since last year. With a fivefold increase in inspection speed, it can detect flaws that are impossible to identify manually and can work continuously for 24 hours without tiring, significantly increasing production efficiency," mentioned Gu.

Due to its efforts in innovation and intelligent transformation, in May of this year, Yuanyou Textile was recognized as a provincial-level specialized small and medium-sized enterprise.
