A conference focusing on the high-quality development of the integrated circuit industry took place in Chongchuan district, Nantong, Jiangsu province, on July 14.

This event also marked the establishment of the Jiangsu Integrated Circuit Society's testing and packaging special committee and was part of the 14th Nantong Jianghai Talents Entrepreneurship Week.

The conference was attended by experts and professors from universities and institutions both within and outside Jiangsu province, as well as representatives from enterprises and talents in the integrated circuit industry.

In his address, Zhang Mingxing, a standing member of the CPC Chongchuan district committee, expressed that in recent years, Chongchuan has been committed to the development of scientific and technological innovation and talent aggregation. He warmly invited experts and talents to choose Nantong and Chonghuan as their base, to share opportunities and collaborate for mutual growth.

During the conference, the Jiangsu Integrated Circuit Society's testing and packaging special committee was officially established. Four talent projects were also signed, including the research and industrialization of microfluidic chips, along with four scientific and technological projects related to the development and industrialization of high-performance mixed-signal communication chips.

Additionally, representatives from Nantong Talent Development Group Co Ltd signed talent training cooperation agreements with representatives from four companies, including Jiangsu Huayuan Information Technology Co Ltd.
